Tai Chi Boxing - an update

Hi everyone,

For those who attended training last night (and for the benefit of those who were not able to attend), here's a reminder of the notes Sifu John provides on his website about techniques for tai chi boxing. Also included are techniques on holding the focus mitts.

You might like to review this information if you are keen on developing your boxing technique!

Two key points I took from boxing last night at training:
1. relax!
2. punching fast and with consistency comes from relaxing! :o)
(3. My left punch is weaker than my right punch!)
